A graduate of the Masters 2 Droit Public Approfondi and Droit International Public from the Université Panthéon-Assas as well as the Institut de Droit Public des Affaires (IDPA), Élise has been a lawyer since 2019.

She joined Antoine ALONSO GARCIA as an associate as soon as she was sworn in.

She had previously worked for the Paris Administrative Court and French law firms.

Since 2023, Élise has been developing her own practice in public law. She also participates in public law training courses.

Élise SÉRÉGÉ is an independent lawyer who collaborates with CABINET 53’s partners and associates on urban planning and public procurement law issues.
