As such, we assist them in determining the most appropriate real estate contract for their project, and in the legal process of acquiring control of the land. 

We also assist them in drafting and negotiating the real estate contract required for their project.
Before construction begins, we can initiate preventive injunction proceedings to protect the rights of developers and builders against third parties.

Once work has begun, the firm regularly assists developers, owners, builders and insurers to secure construction operations in the event of difficulties or claims. This can take the form of support during amendment negotiations, or more contentious assistance (steering termination proceedings for breach of contract, pronouncing penalties, launching litigation proceedings). 

Finally, once the work has been handed over, the firm assists its customers in managing issues relating to the lifting of reservations, the implementation of the completion guarantee and the management of decennial issues.
