A graduate of Master 1 Droit pénal et Sciences Criminelles of the University Paris II Panthéon-Assas, and the Master 2 Pénologie from the Université Lyon III Jean Moulin, Manon has been a lawyer since 2024.

After various experiences in French Criminal Law firms, notably working alongside the Vice-Bâtonnier of Lyon and the Vice-Bâtonnier of Hauts-de-Seine, Manon joined Marion GRÉGOIRE’s team in 2024.

Manon advises and assists individuals and legal entities before Criminal courts in France and overseas in criminal law and white collar crime cases.

Having previously worked alongside the President of the Bobigny Juvenile Court, as well as with the Villefranche-Sur-Saône Family Protection Brigade, Manon devoted her final year essay to “Intra-family violence: the new criminal issue observed in a police station” and developed an expertise in family criminal law.

Manon DE LAFORCADE is a member of the Association des Avocats Pénalistes (ADAP).
