Marion GRÉGOIRE is graduated from New York University School of Law (NYU) and holds of a DEA in contract law from the Université Paris Panthéon Sorbonne. She has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2005.

Marion discovered Criminal Law with Maître Henri LECLERC, then joined the litigation department of the Paris office of DLA PIPER, before becoming one of Maître Hervé TEMIME’s associates in White Collar Crime. Marion GREGOIRE set up her own law firm in 2011, then founded in 2016 the French law firm SCHAPIRA ASSOCIES with Maître Sébastien SCHAPIRA.

In 2023, Marion GRÉGOIRE joined Antoine ALONSO GARCIA, with whom she had already been working for many years with public-sector clients. They decided to create CABINET 53 in order to combine their expertise and offer their clients a customized offer adapted to their client’s needs.

Marion GRÉGOIRE’s main area of practice is Criminal law, Litigation and Internal Investigations.

With her team, she assists individuals as well as legal entities under private and public law.

As such, she is involved in general Criminal law cases, both in defense and on behalf of civil parties. Her practice focuses in particular on family law (domestic violence, coercive control, harassment, violence against minors).
She has also developed extensive experience in White Collar Crime, having been involved in a number of high-profile cases (including Angolagate, Asbestos, Cahuzac, Virus and the Pandora Papers).

Lastly, she regularly assists private and public operators with internal investigations or the prevention of criminal risk, notably with the implementation of their compliance programs.
Involved in sensitive cases, Marion GREGOIRE masters complex criminal issues.

Marion GRÉGOIRE is a member of the Association Des Avocats Pénalistes (ADAP).
